Your privacy here.
This notice covers the Skillwick public website and enquiries sent to its operator. The public site has no signup, payment, contact or assessment submission forms.
Who is responsible
The controller is Adrian Coroi, Kantnergasse 53/2, 1210 Wien, Austria. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] with Skillwick in the subject. Further business details are in the legal notice.
Visiting the website
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this static website. Requests necessarily involve technical information such as IP address, time, requested resource, browser headers and security-related signals. This information is used to deliver the pages, maintain availability and protect the service. Our basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cloudflare may process information through its international infrastructure. We do not promise EU-only processing. Its privacy policy and data processing addendum describe relevant provider practices and transfer safeguards. The exact hosting configuration affects which technical records are retained.
When you contact us
If you email or telephone us, we receive the contact information and content you provide, together with communication metadata. We use it to respond and manage the enquiry. General correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering requests (Article 6(1)(f)); steps you request toward a contract may rely on Article 6(1)(b). Records that must be kept to meet a legal obligation are processed under Article 6(1)(c).
Correspondence is accessible to the operator and service providers needed to handle it, such as email hosting. Please send only information needed for the enquiry. This public contact route is not an assessment submission channel; do not send invitation tokens or sensitive candidate material.
Optional analytics are disabled
No optional analytics events are sent by the current site. There is no advertising tracking, session recording or automatic interaction capture. A prepared analytics integration remains disabled pending review of its provider retention policy and applicable disclosures. It will not become active merely because you visit this page or open Privacy choices.
If you save a choice in the privacy panel, the site may store a preference in your browser’s localStorage for up to 180 days. It contains the preference version, optional-purpose choices and the time saved, rather than a tracking identifier. Read Cookies & browser storage for removal instructions and Website details for the prepared integration’s limitations.
How long information is kept
Correspondence is kept while needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, then reviewed against applicable legal recordkeeping duties and the need to establish or defend claims. The relevant purpose, sensitivity and legal requirement determine the period; we do not apply a single fixed deletion period to every enquiry.
Technical request and security records follow the hosting service’s applicable configuration and operational requirements. The browser preference expires after 180 days and is discarded when the privacy control next reads it; you can remove it sooner. Browser caches are managed by your browser. Contact us if you need the retention information relevant to a particular request.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, the GDPR gives you rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict processing, receive portable data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent, where used, can be withdrawn for the future. We may need proportionate information to verify a request.
You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB). Contacting us first is welcome but not a condition for a complaint. The GDPR text explains the applicable conditions.
Illustrations, links & the assessment platform
The public investigation uses scripted responses and synthetic examples. Its selections stay in the page’s memory and are not submitted as candidate work. Following an external link or sending email takes you to another service with its own data handling.
The invited assessment platform is separate from this public website. It can record assessment interactions and evidence under its own access arrangements and privacy information. This notice does not replace the assessment notice or an employer’s information about a hiring process. People make hiring decisions; this public site does not evaluate candidates.
Updated 16 October 2026. We will revise this notice when the website’s processing changes.
