Practical work.
Visible thinking.
Skillwick helps teams explore how someone investigates conversational AI: the questions they ask, the tests they design, and the evidence they bring to the discussion.
A work sample worth discussing
An assistant can sound confident while missing an important condition. A useful assessment gives a candidate room to question that answer, compare it with product behavior, and explain what their investigation establishes.
Our first assessment uses Meridian, a synthetic banking environment with an embedded AI assistant. Candidates work with a realistic product surface, design evaluations and describe the limits of their findings. The public website offers a scripted illustration of that investigation; it does not run or submit an assessment.

We are building a practical way to make investigation and reasoning easier to see.
Evidence starts a conversation
A finding is more useful when someone can follow the conditions, reproduce the observation and ask what should happen next. Skillwick is designed to support that discussion. It does not certify candidates or make automatic hiring decisions.
Where we are today
Skillwick is an operator-managed pilot. Public signup, paid self-service plans and certification are not available. Employers and invited candidates use arrangements agreed with their coordinator.
